This offer is available to all new Rwandan customers who create a betPawa account between Tuesday 29th August 2023 and Sunday 31st December 2023. Your first Sports or Virtuals bet will qualify, provided it’s placed during the promotion period and within 14 days of your first deposit. We’ll refund your stake shortly after the bet is settled if it loses, and you’ll have 14 days to use your reward.

Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is available to any new customer who opens an account with betPawa Rwanda and places their first bet between Tuesday 29th August 2023 and Sunday 31st December 2023 (the “Promotion Period”)

  2. This offer is only available once per new betPawa Rwanda customer: any attempts to create additional accounts by the same account beneficiary owner to exploit the offer may result in a permanent ban

  3. You have to open your account and make a money deposit before placing the qualifying bet, and all steps need to be completed during the Promotion Period

  4. The qualifying bet can be pre-match or in-play on Sports or Virtuals and must be placed within 14 days of your first deposit

  5. There are no minimum stake, leg or odds requirements for the qualifying bet

  6. There is no requirement to opt in to the promotion: the first Sports or Virtuals bet placed after depositing money will be the qualifying bet, provided it’s placed during the Promotion Period

  7. Only the first bet after the money deposit qualifies for the promotion; if the qualifying bet has been placed, it cannot be recalled or altered in any way

  8. If your qualifying bet loses, we’ll credit your betPawa Rwanda account with 100% of the stake of the qualifying bet, up to a maximum total amount of 500 RWF

  9. The credit will be added to your betPawa account shortly after the bet has been settled (within a few hours wherever possible)

  10. If a Cashout offer is accepted on the qualifying bet, it will not be eligible for the promotion, as your bet won’t have been settled as lost

  11. If your first bet doesn’t meet the specified criteria, you lose the right to participate in the promotion

  12. Your reward will be documented in your betPawa Statement (check https://www.betpawa.rw/statements when logged in) as “First Bet Refund”

  13. You can use the awarded credit on any of the betPawa products within 14 calendar days of the time the credit was added to your account

  14. The credit will expire after 14 calendar days and will be removed from your betPawa account with no compensation if unused

  15. If your qualifying bet is voided, for instance due to a match being postponed, your stake will be refunded in full in accordance with the betPawa Rules; in such an event, there will be no reinstatement of the promotion on the account, compensation or credit granted of any sorts

  16. You must be at least 18-years-old to bet with betPawa and receive this offer

  17. We reserve the right to change the rules or revoke this promotion at any time without notice
